The story so far…. Simon Hickey, formerly an unknown suburban electrician learns that Queensland judges are altering court records prior to their release. The alterations are always in the prosecutions favour, and omit important sections of the defence. They do this to prevent an appeal, and to conceal serious misconduct by both prosecution and judge during the trial. In the example provided, Magistrate Coates accepts all the prosecution evidence then refuses to admit any evidence for the defence. Hickey is convicted, and the trial record is then jumbled to confuse the reader. When the matter is brought to the attention of Chief Magistrate Terry Gardiner – he refuses to act. Instead of taking discreet action to correct the problem, the QLD police, media and judiciary turn savagely on Simon Hickey.

The Freedom of Information people won’t help, the Department of Justice gives you the run around, you’ve tried every legitimate path to resolve the situation. What’s the only logical step now?

Seeing your own face on a Current Affair is somewhat un-nerving, but that’s their intention. Your problem is so simple, and easy to prove. The same self-important assholes who refused to talk to you before, are now begging for an audience. They cannot stop google because googles cashflow and influence is greater than them, their precious courts, even bigger than Australia. Our corrupt judges have met their match, and sweet victory seems just around the corner.

Starting now your home is invaded by police at every opportunity, under the most flimsy pretexts. They steal everything of value, calling it ‘evidence’…of what they aren’t quite sure. What they seize is evidence of honest work – and that’s why police have no clue what it is.
You try running a business under these circumstances. The devastating loss of records, invoices, pay slips, banks numbers, job sheets and purchase orders are enough to almost bankrupt anyone. Over the course of the next year your 14-hour work day becomes 18 just to catch up.Â
The clock punching cops, running this racket finish up at 2 every day and spend their leisure time at home with their feet up. You’ re the one who pays their peanut salary and you’re getting less than four hours sleep a night. Pretend counter terrorist police start following you around, watching your staff, talking to your customers and suppliers. They say nothing of importance but they don’t have to. Just a cop asking questions about someone is enough to raise suspicions. Many of your acquaintances start to distance themselves from you. They call it an ‘investigation’ but it’s nothing of the sort.

ISOLATING A TARGET BEFORE ATTACK GUARANTEES SUCCESS
Their activities are intended to socially ostracize you and remove all possible support. Isolate the individual to reduce his ability to defend himself. They randomly visit every person you have ever known, and some you haven’t. People I knew and hadn’t seen for more than ten years were contacted. ‘Could you please make a statement, any statement we can use’. Government organisations, who never knew your name, are suddenly taking an interest in you. There’s letters, audits, investigations and license refusals.

LET THE GAMES BEGIN
This has now been going on for years. They will charge you with any possible offence just to keep you bogged down in court, keeping you on bail for months at a time. You must take frequent days off work and sit in court all day until your case is ‘mentioned’. The Judges will go through every other loafer and unemployed bums case first, despite the fact you’re the only man in the room with an honest job, dressed in work clothes. It’s no accident that you wait until last each time to have your case ‘mentioned’. By then its 3 in the afternoon and you’ve missed a whole days work. The judge orders you to report for bail every Saturday.Â
One Saturday you report for bail and the lady cop can’t find your entry in the book. ‘Strange ‘ she says. ‘Did you go to court during the week?’ And you did. ‘Well that’s it you don’t have to report anymore’ she informs us.
‘Can I have that in writing?’ You don’t trust these insects already.
‘We don’t do that’ She says.
‘Would you mind double checking with the boss or seargent that this is really true before I leave?’ The woman wanders into the back and returns several minutes later. ‘Sarge says its right, you aren’t required to report now’. Thanking her, you leave the building.Â
Some months pass until you’re pulled over for a random DNA test and the cop asks for your license. ‘Mr Hickey, you have a warrant out, I am placing you under arrest’. You look surprised so he continues ‘Failure to report for bail, um says here 14 times’. You start to see red.Â
‘I was told not to report. If it was a mistake, why didn’t they call me?’ But you get no reply.
Back at the station you tell the duty seargent that you were told not to report. There will be CCTV and audio recording of the front desk to prove it. Its a sure thing that if you go in there to report a murder, everything you say is recorded at that desk. Yet strangely enough, those recordings ‘can’t be located right now’
SLOW DECOMPOSITION
You’re bailed again, but now there’s two court cases running. You plead not guilty to the failure to report plus the original trivial nonsense. Now you’re losing two days a month sitting in court, plus the associated paperwork and headaches. When the charges are read you ask the Magistrate to order police to produce the front desk CCTV to prove your version. Prosecutor lies to the court (again) ‘That footage can’t be located sir’ The case drags on for months – then the night before trial an email comes in – they are dropping all the charges.
Some might say that’s a good result, but after you’ve lost 20+ days sitting in court and preparing a defence you see red again.It’s becoming all too clear. These charges were never meant to go to trial. The state can tie you up with red tape and waste as much of your time as they like – forever. And there’s not a thing you can do about it. You get nothing back.

Just to re-cap the latest events : Mount Gravatt police told you not to report any more, and then arrested you for not reporting. There are multiple cameras at their front desk, but when you ask for the footage – that material cannot be located. They drag the matter out in court for months and then drop the charges one day before trial. By doing so, they admitted that your version is the truth.Â

You have people stealing fuel from your business. There’s CCTV evidence, fuel statements and your own statement, but police refuse to investigate. ‘I am refusing to take your complaint’ were the exact words used by the sargeant. Anybody can steal your things with impunity. You are now an un – person. No rights, or protection under the law, and police actively conspiring to put you in prison.

There is overwhelming evidence to prove every event described here – so you report the matter to CCC Crime and Corruption Commission. Two statements, an official form, and they too refuse to investigate. The official taxpayer funded organisation whose sole task it is to investigate corruption and misconduct by authorities will not even look at your claim. Of importance here is that it’s a criminal offence to make a false complaint to this body. My complaints were ignored, but I was not charged with making a false complaint.
Queensland is now on par with Nigeria for official corruption.

WHY THE SECRECY?
Government behaviour is almost identical to that of an individual. Good men walk anywhere with no fear because we have no enemies. We don’t steal, do violence or cheat anyone in business. Criminals always watch over their shoulders to see who is around because it might be someone they have robbed. If a government has to spend billions spying on its own people to ensure they aren’t plotting a coup we must ask why? Patriotic men don’t plan a violent overthrow of their government if leaders are doing the right thing. If our Governments only concern is maintaining their tight grip on power, then they deserve to be deposed. Or worse.
