It’s become obvious to all observers that the legal system of Australia, and other western nations, is being used selectively against opponents of the current regime. Phrases like that were once reserved for backward third world dictatorships, but recently Australia, the UK and the US have achieved that status. Selective Justice is the best way to describe what they are doing and once you notice it, you’ll see it everywhere. It’s in education, employment, sports arenas, but nowhere is it more obvious, and dangerous, than in our legal system.
Successive left leaning governments in the west have used their time in office to stack almost every key unelected position with proponents of their ‘progressive’ agenda. In Australia, Labour politicians are notorious for giving their mates all the best government jobs, but it’s not charity. The unworthy appointee serves two purposes. One is that our newly promoted hack is loyal to the regime who gave him his unearned wealth, and two, it makes future prosecution of corrupt Labour politicians almost impossible.Â
There’s been numerous recent examples of leftist appointees looking the other way to help their former political leaders avoid prosecution. James Comey, the head of America’s FBI famously mothballed the Hilary Clinton investigation when she destroyed the hard drive of a computer she’d been using as Secretary of State. There are laws in place which clearly state that all official records including emails must be retained for at least ten years. And why would the US secretary of State need to destroy all her official emails? What is she hiding? ON top of the existing data retention laws, a Supreme Court order had been issued for those emails. If anybody else disobeyed such an order they’d find themselves in prison. But The Clintons appointed Comey and he dropped the investigation.
LEFTIST VIOLENCE IS IGNORED BY AUTHORITIES
NO PROSECUTION
In Australia investigations into leftist criminals are either sabotaged, discontinued, or never even started. Whether by order or choice, our police refuse to arrest anybody engaged in violence on behalf of the left. If you’re causing trouble for a certain political cause or even assaulting your opponents, police will simply look the other way. Once our far left agitators become aware that they are effectively immune from prosecution, it emboldens them even more.
The masked criminals (right) who attacked prominent journalist Andrew Bolt in a Melbourne street were never charged. It’s doubtful there was any any serious investigation, because they were aligned with the far left.
In Melbourne, the ‘anti-racism’ protesters cause widespread destruction of property and commit serious violence against lawfully assembled speakers are routinely ignored by authorities. If their members are brought before a court, our judiciary will make light of their offences, and defer any punishment because their crimes were ‘idealistic in nature’. In some cases, far left rioters have been awarded massive compensation payouts for being teargassed by police in an attempt to deter them from further rioting.

PROSECUTORS DECIDE WHO CAN BREAK THE LAW
The recent Black Lives Matter protests which wreaked destruction across 550 American Cities and left more than $US 2 billion dollars damage is a prime example. First the local police were ordered to stand back and let these criminals operate without interference. When the rioters became aware of this immunity from law enforcement, the crowds became larger, more violent and audacious in their objectives. Worldwide media then tried to cover up the enormous damage being done by marauding gangs of urban blacks, by lying to the people with their hilarious ‘peaceful protests’ report.Â

Even when a handful of the most violent protesters had to be arrested, US prosecutors quietly dropped all charged and pushed them out the door.
None of this could have happened, had all the key positions in our governments not been stacked with hardcore fanatical leftists. The Australian Labour Party didn’t come up with the idea of giving all their party faithful key jobs once elected, America’s Democratic Party has been at the same thing for years. Their Governors, counsellers and public prosecutors in almost every state and city are fanatical liberals, often releasing black criminals with no bail and ridiculously light penalties.Â

It’s not just the police and prosecutors ignoring left wing violence against their opposition, our media will condone and defend them. Our politicians refuse to address the problem, and big business often sponsors it. There were dozens of corporations in both Australia and the US which spent money advertising their solidarity with the Black Lives matter protests recently, despite the widespread violence and disruption.
Sportsmen were often forced to ‘take a knee’ to show their support, and chastised when they refused to do so. Our unelected media, and big business, along with the fanatical leftists in key government positions are the ones who created the situation depicted below. American blacks, emboldened by the official government policy of ‘let them burn it down’ did exactly that. They knew there would be little or no consequences, that none of them would go to jail. But how did they know? It’s a pattern that’s been playing out now for decades in the west.Â

To illustrate my point, lets compare two recent events of civil unrest in the US. Only a few months later Trump supporters converged on the capital and staged what was a truly peaceful protest, against the inauguration of a new President, put there by Democratic party election fraud. Whether you beleive they had a right to protest or not : The difference here was, the people involved in this protest were white. They were from the right side of politics, and the enemy of US media, who have been hysterical with rage ever since. At big media’s behest, the American government have burned the midnight oil to portray these ordinary citizens as the most evil supervillains since Adolf Hitler.
To illustrate just how disporoprtionate the US government response was to these two incidents, lets compare the figures

- Another white man got 18 years for ‘seditious conspiracy’
THE LAW APPLIES ONLY TO PEOPLE OPPOSED TO THE FAR LEFT
The American governments response to each incident highlights just how unbalanced their legal system is. Australia’s is no better. The above one sided statistics are not the result of more criminal behaviour by the January 6 protesters, quite the opposite. The BLM movement weas far more chaortic, violent and damaging than anything done in Washington. The reason there were so many more arrests and heavy penalties in the January 6 case is because the protesters were mostly white. The leftist Biden administration, under orders from its Jewish owners, hired 131 new prosecutors to go after people involved in the incident. The same government that ordered authorities to ‘hands off’ BLM criminals.
After January 6, the US Department of Justice budget was increased by more than $US 200 million dollars to ensure that every charge that could be laid, was. Two years later more than a thousand people have been charged, many held without bail and a significant percentage have been given lengthy jail terms. In comparison, Black lives matter riots lasted nearly all of 2020, with some 20 million people involved, $US 2 BILLION dollars in damage and only a handful of people received prison terms. All the other defendants ‘received deferred resolution agreements’ from leftist US prosecutors.

I had intended to include all the Australian examples of selective justice here, but the information above was too important to ignore. The BLM and January 6 examples prove that our legal systems are being used as a weapon by the left in the US, so why wouldn’t the same people employ the same tactic in Australia? They are doing so right now.
The next post demonstrates that the Australian legal system has been hijacked by these same fanatical left wing extremists, who use it as a weapon against myself and other right wing Australian activists. It is one of the most serious forms of corruption and a direct threat to our democracy in Australia.
It is a clear breach of our constitutionally protected right to free political expression.
These Australian judges and magistrates know exactly what they are doing, and the offenders must be sent to prison to ensure it never happens again.
